iZigg Training: Contact Source Reports

Learn where your contacts are coming from! The Contact Source Report helps you determine which contacts originated from keywords or online sign up pages, along with the number of opt-ins for each source.

To view your Contact Source Report:

  • Sign into your iZigg Mobile account
  • Hover over Manage in the main menu
  • Select Contact Database
  • A Contact Source Summary will appear on the page
  • Expand the source you want to view
  • Click “Show Details” to access filtering options
