Frequently Asked Questions About Virtual Business Cards.

To change the domain name:

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • Under “Analytics and SEO Tools,” select “Page SEO”
    • All pages of the card are listed.
    • Titles and meta descriptions can be customized.
  • Hit “Save” for each Page SEO screen you edit.
  • Click on the “Editor Home” tab.
    • Click the green “Publish” button above your card image
  • You’re done!

To change the domain name:

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • In “Site Editor” mode, Click on the page you want to hide
  • Click “Hide/Unhide Page” link available at the top navigation bar
  • Select “Page Type” as “Hidden Page” and click Done
  • Publish your ENTIRE Connect Card to hide the page from your live Connect Card
  • You’re done!

To change the default language in your app:

  • The iZigg Mobile Connect app is in 6 languages.
    • English
    • Spanish
    • German
    • Portuguese
    • Chinese (Simplified)
    • French
  • Log into the app and use “Settings” to choose a language. 
  • You’re done!

You can connect your web-based card to your existing Google Analytics account to combine tracking with your other online sites.

 

Follow these steps to collect analytics data.

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • On the top navigation bar, select “Analytics & SEO Tools”
  • In the Analytics Dashboard, select “Google Analytics”
  • Paste the tracking code from Google into the text box and hit “Save.”
  • You’re done!

It’s easy to create QR codes that link mobile users to your Connect Card homepage or specific pages like RSVP forms or portfolios.  

 

Follow these steps to create a new QR Code.

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • On the top navigation bar, select “Editor Home”
  • Click the blue button labeled “Manage QR Code”
  • Select “Add Campaign QR” from the top menu.
  • Enter a campaign name for internal tracking.
  • Select a page for the QR code to link to.
  • Add a brief description and hit “Submit.”
  • You will taken back to the QR Manager screen.
  • Click the eye icon to view and download QR code.
  • You’re done!

Your photos are upside down!  It has something to do with the encoding of the photos when they are downloaded off of some iPhones. The good news is that this is easy to fix.

 

  • Re-save the photos on your computer in any photo program.
  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • Then upload your images and they will be correct.
  • You’re done!

The data that is captured from your contact forms is emailed to the recipient email that is set on the form.  The data is also stored in the business card editor.  

 

 

Follow these steps to view your contact lead data.

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • On the top navigation bar, select “My Contacts”
  • In the Contacts Dashboard, select “Contact Form Email Submissions”
  • You can now view or export a CSV file of your contacts.
  • You’re done!

The following notifications can be sent:

  • Read Receipts when your card is shared and viewed.
  • Coupon and Specials from the businesses you follow.
  • Event Details from the businesses you follow.

Do you have a lot of pages? One way to organize them is to group them into top pages and subpages.

 

Follow these steps to organize your Connect Card menu:

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • On the top navigation bar, select “Page Editor.”
  • The “Add & Edit Pages” screen displays all pages.
  • Next to the page you’d like to make a subpage, select the arrow icon.
  • Select the top level page you’d like it to appear under
  • Hit “Save” then hit “Publish” to make your changes live.
  • Remember to update your links and QR codes!
  • You’re done!

The most common reason your photo does not show in the app or in your text messages that you send from the app is because the profile photo was not uploaded to your card. Follow the steps in this video to fix the problem.

 

Follow these steps to add or update your photo:

  • Login to your account at https://izigg.mobi/
  • On the top navigation bar, select “Contact Info.”
  • Then select the “Picture and Logo” option.
  • Select “Add/Edit Profile Image.”
  • Upload a new photo or select one from the media library.
  • Hit “Save” then hit “Publish” to make your changes live.
  • You’re done!
