Account FAQ.

Frequently Asked Questions About iZigg Mobile & zCard Accounts.

To check credit usage:

  • On the top menu, hover over Account > Credit History.
  • This shows credit usage, credit balance and date.

To get international credits:

  • On the top menu, go to Account > Purchase Credits.
  • Scroll down to International Message Credits.
  • Select an option in International Message Credits.
  • Choose payment method & accept terms of service.
  • Click on Purchase Text Credits on the bottom right.

You may request to cancel your account by contacting support@iZigg.com and providing us with your username and email address.

To purchase more credits:

  • On the top menu bar, go to Account > Purchase Credits.
  • This will open a Purchase Credits page.
  • Select which credit bucket you want to purchase.
  • Choose a Payment Method & Accept Terms of Service.
  • Select a payment method & check Terms of Service box.
  • Click on Purchase Text Credits.
  • This opens a Purchase Confirmation window.
  • Click on Proceed to Secure Payment Page.
  • Fill out all necessary payment information.

You can make a payment using these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Hover over Account.
  • Select Make Payment.

To get an API Key, you need to fill out an API Certification form. To access this form:

 

  • On the top menu, click Collect > Add/Import Contacts.
  • Choose the type of messages you are sending.
  • Click on Request on the bottom right.
  • On the final page, mark Yes on ACCESS TO API.
  • Next, click on Print Certification on the bottom right.
  • This will open an Import Certification window.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Print.

 

Once the form has been filled and signed, you can upload it back into our platform:

 

  • On the top menu, click Collect > Add/Import Contacts.
  • Choose the type of messages you are sending.
  • Click on Request on the bottom right.
  • Click on Upload Certification.
  • On Select File(s) to Upload, attach the completed form.
  • Click on Submit.

 

It takes up to four hours for our Audit team to look at your form.

Once your form is approved, you can find your API Key under the Account tab and you can click on API Settings. On the API Settings page, you will have the API Key available for you.

To add a Facebook page, you must first connect the Facebook account that was used to create the Page. If you are using our legacy UI, follow these steps.

 

  • Hover over the Account tab.
  • Select Account Settings.
  • Scroll down and select Social Networking Accounts.
  • Select Connect a new Facebook Account.
  • A popup will ask for Facebook credentials & permission.
  • Click on the Facebook account and click Add Page.
  • A pop up will ask you to choose a page to connect.

 

If using the newest User Interface, follow these steps.

 

  • Click on the settings icon in the bottom left corner.
  • Scroll down and select Social Networking Accounts.
  • Select Connect a New Facebook Account.
  • A popup will ask Facebook credentials & permission.
  • Click on the Facebook account and click Add Page.
  • A pop up will ask you to choose a page to connect.
