It's a privilege to have been asked to write something about myself for Agent of the Week and also very humbling to follow in the footsteps of so many awesome leaders and connect and build with so many great team members.

I was shown this business through an unexpected way. My husband and I were traveling in California when some friends asked if we would stop for a visit. They were not engaged in the business, but they had a friend who was. They tried to express what their friend was involved with but didn't't know how to explain. Their friend was out of town and the conversation evaporated. Approximately 6 weeks later I received a call in Chicago explaining that our mutual friends thought I would be great at this. I listened to what my future sponsor was sharing. I kept an open mind and asked for further information. He directed me to the videos. After speaking with my husband, who works in Texas as an auditor for nuclear quality assurance & safety, I saw hope and a future. I was by no means a sales person or a techie, but it didn't't matter. I had my reason. My sponsor went MIA shortly after I had been registered. It was frustrating but I figured I had my reason to continue and persist. I learned that if you reach out to our leaders, they will give you a helping hand up.

I had been in the nursing industry since 1972. I lost my position due to a buy out from a huge corporation and it was more cost efficient to hire in the young. I felt that somehow I was going to reinvent myself, but had no idea how. I had glanced over something I had written around 4:30 in the morning in 1994 and wondered how on earth I would be able to accomplish this mission and what possessed me to write out my purpose as such. For those who haven't seen it in a previous newsletter, it went as follows:

"The purpose of my life is to uplift and encourage others. I will share compassion, strength and wisdom. My passion is to assist others in discovering God's peace within themselves in this restless world; to teach them to share this gift with others by assisting them in achieving their vision of a fulfilled and happy life, spiritually, financially and in relationships. God helping me I will always strive to be the best example I can be and forgive myself when I fail. I do not live in the confines of age, gender or race with this vision. Love is the answer."

I believe iZigg is "home" for me to accomplish what I am meant to do. Both the leaders and the tools offered by iZigg are perfect for reshaping and healing our world starting with us from the inside out.

What I have learned along the way by observing Brian, Jason, Dave, Dr. Scott, Michael and all the other leaders who persist:

1.) Be Passionate About What You've Got to Offer - exude enthusiasm. When you're excited about what you have to offer others will want what you have!

2.) Empower Others - Helping others to see the possibilities. Showing them how to make something easy makes the world of difference.

3.) Honor the Promises You Make - Build trust and loyalty.

4.) Practice What You Preach - No one says you need to be perfect. However, it's a great idea to actually be someone who takes the same actions you suggest others do. This breeds integrity in what you do.

5.) Show Your Appreciation - There isn't a person alive that doesn't like being appreciated. Have an attitude of gratitude.

I can't say enough about the Crush It and Crank It events! I am consistently stretched in ways that grow me as a person and free me to be more. I believe your business will become as big as you allow yourself to grow. I encourage you to attend as many events as you can. It is the stacking of these events that will peel away the layers like an onion until you get to the juice!

Winning and losing starts before you get out of bed in the morning.

Develop a winning mindset, and life will treat you well. Develop a glass is half full attitude, and nothing will slow you down. You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses. Be sure and focus on what is right, and don't be one of those people who only sees the bad and what is wrong with things. /p>

Whatever you wake up assuming or expecting to happen probably will. Winners expect to win, losers manifest losing into their lives because that's what they think about all day long. Because iZigg has already worked for thousands of businesses in the market and people of all ages, races, backgrounds and personalities, the only variable in this conversation is YOU!!!! Knowing that people with no technology experience have made money with iZigg should be an indicator that income with this company has absolutely nothing to do with technical intelligence. Knowing younger people, older people, men, women, and even guys from Ohio have money here is exactly why you need to engage massively and radically. If it worked for these folks, it'll work for you and me. The good news is we don't make income claims, you have to go to work, provide value for others, and your income will be based on how many others you serve.

Develop an "I will do whatever it takes" attitude. Stay the course. Keep moving forward. Continue knowing you won't ever know all the answers, but be faithful you'll win if you just help enough other people chase their dreams with our platform.

Many of you have ordered and set up the mSocial product which was launched in early September. Below are some tips to increase exposure for your fanpage.

1. Share your izi.gg/username URL on your Wall, in a Message to friends, or post to another friend's wall. If you do not know your izi.gg URL, go to Customize in the Admin toolbar to review and/or reset. Also check out the video on this step of the set up process, labeled "Changing Page Settings" on iziggfb.com/support/features.

2. Share your favorite iZigg Video on your own wall, on a friend's wall, or through a message. The "How Video Sharing Works" video go through this step.

3. Ask your Friends to Enter the Sweepstakes. Use the "Sweepstakes Features" video for more information.

All of these methods of sharing will increase exposure for your Fanpage and will get you in touch with more individuals interested in iZigg.
