Message Reporting:

Did you know you are able to see detailed reporting of the messages that are sent from your account?

To do so, go to Reports, select a group, division or company, and click on the Messages Sent Report. Here you are able to see the message sent, the time, the receipient, and if the message was delivered successfully. If it was not delivered, it will give an error notation. For example, the Invalid Content error means that a character in that message is causing the message to fail. To fix that, you will need to remove that character which was likely pasted into the message field.

This report also allows you to see how many messages you sent out in a designated period of time. Adjust the date range to see your outbound message totals in a given period of time.
