FIJI Promo Winner!

Guess who is coming with us on an all expense paid trip to Fiji!?!?

Fiji Hat.jpg

Congratulations to Tony Carriglitto

Here is what Tony had to say...tony2.jpg

Xan & I are so thrilled to be headed to the most romantic place in all the world, the beautiful island o f Fiji!  We can't imagine a more perfect place to spend our anniversary!

When we decided to purchase our iZigg agency in April, and become part of this amazing company, we did so because of the incredible product iZigg offered, and we wanted to be a part of the mobile revolution.  We both saw Brian' s vision as he stood in Times Square, and knew that action was our only course.  We knew that this company was going to provide a vehicle for entrepreneurs and traditional business owners alike to capitalize on every aspect of an amazing new technology, and it was a ride we didn't want to miss!

Little did we know, however, that we would reap so many additional benefits along the way.  The people that we have met are rapidly developing into solid, lifelong friendships that are invaluable, and the personal growth we have both enjoyed is truly something that money cannot buy.

Several people have asked us how we were able to "hit this promo" and meet all of the qualifications necessary to win this wonderful trip.  The truth is, we feel the biggest contributing factors were the things we had already learned in iZigg.  Core, fundamental values of personal interaction and limitless belief in our own abilities, combined with a passion to succeed and a fair level of ignorance regarding just how tough this promo was.  When the dates of the trip were announced at the first Chicago Crush It! in June, we instantly looked at one another and smiled, both knowing that we were going to Fiji for our anniversary, and never once doubting that it would happen!  As we set out on our mission, we were thrilled to know that not only would it be the anniversary trip of a lifetime, but also that we would have a unique opportunity to spend a week with the leaders of the company in an environment so completely different than we normally would be able to, and that was a huge motivation!
tony.jpg
Jairek Robbins and Brian Underwood had already taught us to overcome our limiting beliefs, and Jason Borne had told us that we needed to "work today like others aren't willing to, so that we will live tomorrow like others won't".  So it is to them, and Dave Liniado for his vision, that we owe our gratitude, along with all of the other wonderful people who have shared their wisdom, their time, and their love with us.  We thank each and every person who has ever stopped us in the hallway outside of an event, just to say hello, and all of the other leaders who have stayed up with us until sunrise at those events, talking and sharing with us.

iZigg is more than a company, it is truly a family.  And it's a family that we are incredibly proud to be a part of.

- Tony Carriglitto
Agent of the Week: Ryan Parker

Ryan Parker

I will start by telling you about life before iZigg. My background is Health & Fitness.  I finished my MBA in Kinesiology and BA in Sports Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. I couldn't earn enough as a personal trainer to put food on the table, so I took the advice of a friend who hired me as a car salesman. I figured that if I taught the managers in the dealership how to eat better and provided personal training to them and their families that maybe they would teach me the art of selling, and I could support my family.

I spent 13 years in an Automotive Dealership and worked my way up the ladder from sales to Sales Manager, to Finance Manager, to Finance Director, and finally to General Sales Mgr.  Five years ago I found myself in a very tough situation as my marriage fell apart and I ended up homeless. Our house was foreclosed, my vehicles were repossessed, and my wife at the time had revealed she had a drug problem and had forged all the necessary documents to finance her habits which left us bankrupt.

I spent my days in Barnes & Noble from open to close. I showered in the gym and read self help for inspiration all day.  I read everything I could get my hands on to inspire me.  I read for concept, philosophy, theory, and ideas.  I developed a belief that if I remained faithful, I would have everything I needed.  If I focused on serving the needs of others and gave back to those who had less than me, I would never want for anything. I didn't have much, but I never lost my spirit to win and win big.  I never got down on myself, and the fact is, I would not change history even if I could because GOD always has a plan and tests our faith sometimes.

Fast forward 2011 and I'm now married to the most incredible woman who is my best friend.  One day as I am preparing to compete in the Mr. Arkansas bodybuilding competition, I pushed myself too far in the gym and I fell off of a bench holding 135 lb barbell on my shoulders.  I fell to the floor on my tailbone, still holding the bar, thus crushing my L2 vertebrae. The spinal surgeon said that paralysis was common. If I had not been in great shape, I would have never been able to walk again. SO WORK ON YOUR CORE PEOPLE!  Sorry, it's that trainer in me coming out.

My opportunity with iZigg could not have happened at a better time.

Training Tip of the Week: Troy Olds

Troy Olds

Plugging into the system!!

COMMIT!!

Remember, what one person can do, another person can do.

Keep it simple, and follow the system.

Here is a simple outline of an ideal day for me:

Time Blocking

7am: Workout

8am - 10am: Make personal calls/prospecting

10am til around 5pm: Continue personal calls/prospecting, 3way calls for team, coffee shop meetings for self and team.

5pm til conference call or webinar: I begin sending messages to team and prospects about conference call or webinar to mobilize their teams to attend this 'event' as well as make a few more personal calls (prospecting) to personally sponsor.  This is HUGE.  This is the time to mobilize yourself, team, and prospects to hear a powerful message one more time from a 3rd party.  Invite everyone, 3WAY IN THE MOST EXCITED PERSONAL PROSPECT.

Follow the system

1) Videos
2) 3way
3) Conference call
4) Repeat

I like to get in front of a person immediately after they've been on a 3 way if they are local.  I can continue to make prosepecting calls and do 3 ways on my way to and from the 'coffee shop meeting'.  Regardless if they sign up or not at the meeting I invite them to the conference call or webinar.

When you sponsor a new person, immediately get them making calls sending their contacts to the videos.  This should happen before they write a list and definitely before they leave the coffee shop.  Get them mobilized and working the system and their contacts IN the system of videos, 3 ways and conference calls.  See the pattern?  It's a cycle.

This business is BIG business.  You can take it as big as you want to. It simply takes commitment, consistency and following in the path of others who have done it.  Keep it simple.

When I first started, I committed to myself and my business to be on EVERY conference call and webinar with or without a prospect.  I needed to hear the story of how massive mobile is and the story of iZigg over and over.  If I didn't have a prospect I was frustrated to the point of not letting that happen again.  The calls and webinars build my belief to new highs each time I listen to them.

What is described above IS this business. We get to work wherever we have our phone. In the bleachers at our kids sports practices. We get to work from our back yard while barbequing with family. We get to go where we want and still have the ability to create an income and help people.  Most importantly, we get to choose.

Many people work 40, 50, 60 hours a week on jobs they hate, working for people they don't like for income that doesn't cover their needs let alone move them toward their dreams.  Doing jobs that don't inspire them.  Unfortunately, most people don't realize that there is a better way.  We get to share that with them.

Committ to working the system and you will fall in love with it.  You will begin to see that every aspect of what is described, when followed, propels your business forward.  Every aspect is crucial.  My best advice or 'tip' for folks is to take massive, MASSIVE action immediately and participate in the largest wealth creation transition that we will see in our lifetime.  Hope to see all of you at Crank it! in Las Vegas.

Support Tip of the Week: Kelly Woods

Kelly Woods

How can you get your Support Question answered in the most timely manner?
  1. Email Support@izigg.com. Sending an email to support@izigg.com will ensure that we have your inquiry recorded with our Support Staff. In addition, it helps us to create a history for your account so that we can refer back if need be.
  2. Include your contact information. Please include your Full Name, Agent ID, and Phone Number on the account in your inquiry. This will help us to locate your account very quickly. Include an order number or customer ID (customer's email address) if you are emailing on behalf of a Retail Customer.
  3. Send in one email per question. Please try your best to send one email per issue. This will help to prevent confusion and mis-communication between iZigg Support and the individual experiencing the problem.
  4. Be concise. While we do love to get to know everyone through email, what we really want to do is help everyone in the most efficient and effective manner possible, so keep your email concise and to-the-point to get the best results.
  5. Check the training material. Our training videos and documents are available online on the blog at iziggblog.com/training. In addition, each agent has a set of Frequently Asked Questions available on their personalized site. Here are direct links to those FAQ's: izigg.com/pfaq, izigg.com/afaq.
Following these tips will help the iZigg Support team serve you in the most timely manner possible.

If you have any questions, please let us know at support@izigg.com
