It was a typical magnificent day in Lively Las Vegas when the phone rang. 8:08 a.m. Hm? My husband, Rasheed and I were enjoying our morning time together..and my team knows I don't take calls until 9:00 am..Who could it be?..It was not a number I recognized so, thinking it may be a new iZigg team member from perhaps the east coast, I answered the call.. The call was a invitation to tell a little about myself for the Leader of the Week segment on the iZigg blog. I am honored. First there are rules!!

To be self employed you must have rules..Mine are..

1. I wake up in the morning to the sounds of the birds singing...look at my vision board we made at the last "Crush It," listen to a 20 minute positive thinking C.D. and give thanks in advance for the perfect day I am about to enjoy.

2. I spend a couple of hours playing with my husband..( he is self employed as well)..

3. I start my "work" day at nine a.m.

4. I don't spend more than 90 seconds with someone who is negative.

5. I read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

   
   

One of the most astounding effects of being self employed is the Freedom you have to be, do and have what you want..The "trick" as we all know, is,.What Do You Want?.With the right "Vehicle" ( iZigg) , the right timing, could not be any better, the right leaders, Brian, Jason, Dave, and Dr. Scott...We really are at the right place, at the right time, with the right leadership..Count your blessings.. 

I have been truly blessed by being introduced to the iZigg business by National Director Pablo Dibello. Please know that Pablo was the seventh person to tell me about iZigg...Pablo was the first person to introduce the company to me, the iZigg way. He built my own digital business card...I saw all my info, and my little ego went..."I Want That" Before I knew how to spell iZigg, because of the promotion iZigg was running in December of 2010, I woke up one morning a National Director. Thank you Team, Thank you Pablo, Bryan Perez, Michael and James.. 

I have had the pleasure of managing over 300 hundred employees (ship repair business) and being a member of the Mary Kay Company, at the same time..Although I was wealthy, I loved, loved, loved residual income, and more importantly being of service to women. I always take what I learned from Mary Kay Ash and apply to any business I am in...We apply several of May Kay's philosophizes extraordinarily well with in iZigg...

A little bit about me...I am married to the man of my dreams..I made a list of 187 things I wanted in my husband. Rasheed got on his sail boat in Trinidad and Tobago heading for the U.S.A. He landed in San Diego 16 months later. The day he got off the boat to go shopping, I happened to be in San Diego, we happened to meet on the train, we where married one year later. We celebrate our tenth anniversary in September. I highly recommend that you recruit up and definitely marry up..I sure did.

I have one beautiful daughter from my first marriage. Melissa Dawn. Her daddy was a race car driver, pilot, and taught her to have no fear. She can change a tire faster than just about anyone..and has the work of her dreams. Just like we told her she could.

I am also a certified Psych-K Facilitator, a Therapist. Psyck-k helps people break free of limiting beliefs that are barriers to happiness and success.  We access the subconscious where all of your decisions are really made.

Am I Obsessed?                                         

I am constantly being asked what do I need to do to become successful in iZigg? The answer is simple, and there is only one thing you must do. You must be obsessed with being successful in iZigg. Every great athlete and every great business success story is a story of someone who was obsessed with becoming a great at what they do. Think about business leaders like Ray Kroc and Bill Gates. They were obsessed with having a successful company. Think about great athletes like Michael Jordon or Michael Phelps. They simply worked harder and wanted more than everyone else. They were obsessed. The aftermath of a obsessed leader is that they will have a massive impact on society. There contribution will make  a significant impact on others. Would you like to live a life of significance? You can, if you become obsessed.

What does in mean to be obsessed with being successful in IZigg.

The short answer is:

"You think about iZigg all the time and do whatever it takes to be successful"

Many people many will read that statement and say well I am obsessed, because I think about iZigg all the time. There is more to it than that. I would like to ask you some questions.  Make sure you answer each question honestly. Take out a paper and pen and write yes or no to each question below.

Am I an obsessed iZigg Leader?

Do I know what It takes to be promoted to all Levels in iZigg :  RD, ND, ED?

Do I have a written plan that includes dates and income goals and daily activities to accomplish daily?

Do I Read my goals twice a day?

Do I tell everyone I meet about iZigg?

Do I call 10 new people about  iZigg before lunch?

Do all my teammates know what my iZigg goals are?

Do I set a new goal each week that includes new Points for week and new agents for the week?

Do I Check my Izigg back office at least 3 times a day to see who's business is growing?

Do I call all my new teammates each week and welcome them to the iZigg team.?

Do I call existing teammates weekly and challenge each of them to hit their next promotion?

Do I plan to be at every iZigg event?

Do I use the texting platform to communicate with team daily?

 Do I expose 5 new people a day the business by either sending them to website or a conference call?

Do  I get on all company and upline leaders conference calls?

Do I make money weekly from my personal sales and new sponsored agents?

Do I email my goals to my up line leaders including CEO Brian Underwood?

Do I make a difference in other people lives by being encouraging to my teammates?

Do run a weekly iZigg  meeting in my home city?

Do I run a accountability and training calls for my team weekly?

Do I recruit a new  person weekly?

Do I do the things I expect others to do?

Do I inspire others daily?

If you can answer yes to the obove questions then you are probably obsessed with iZigg and on the path to earning a significant income and having a massive team that will allow you to live a dream live that will give significance to others. If you are not obsessed with iZigg, that is ok too. Remember this is all about a lot of people doing a little and few people doing a lot. If you keep doing a little eventually you will find someone who is obsessed with the iZigg opportunity. The result will be a large team and a lot of customers using iZigg services and and of course a passive residual income.

If many of your answers were "no" to some of the above questions then pick 3 of things you can change this week and start immediately doing those things and you will grow toward becoming obsessed with not only iZigg but making a difference in others peoples lives. Whatever you decide to do,  make sure you enjoy the ride. Success is not a destination, it is a journey. Live the dream!

How to Activate the Social Connect 
1. Go to Manage
2. Select Organization and click on your Company
     (ex: AGENCY_PROMO_PAK-Your Name). 
3. Under Company Information, you will see Social Media. 
4. Click Show.
5. Authorize your Facebook and Twitter accounts for iZigg       Social Connect. 
6. Click Update Company.
7. To send a message, go to the Message Center, select 
    Recipients and check next to the Facebook and Twitter
    Icons to post to your pages.
