Leader of the Week: Tim McGee

Hello everyone, and it's a great honor to be named Leader of the Week with iZigg! I have to totally thank and give full credit to my entire awesome team, and in particular Dr. Scott Elliott, Captain Greg Akers and all the leadership at iZigg for their hard work and constant support. Thanks Brian, Jason, Scott, and Dave for making it happen as you continue to daily!

Cynthia and I live in Murfreesboro, TN just outside of Nashville and we have two beautiful, wonderful daughters, ages 12 and 16, Alexa and Maddy. I've been in business or management for the last 29 years. When I was originally introduce to iZigg by Co-founder Dr. Scott Elliott back in July, I was in the Automotive Performance Service, and Repair Business specializing in Infiniti and Nissan automobiles.

My goal for that business was to have at least one location in all 50 states. So when Scott approached me several times and invited me to view the iZigg videos, I told him I would, but I did not. Like most people I felt I didn't even have enough time for what I was currently working on, much less anything else. However, I really wanted to eventually take a look at the business because I knew Scott had achieved massive success in his life, and he wouldn't recommend anything less than a huge opportunity.

However, I put it to the side and didn't look at it for 6 months and I almost missed it. I have to also give credit to my partner who suggested we needed a more modern form of marketing, like Facebook and twitter, to bring in customers. He had heard me talking about this texting thing of Scott's and he suggested we look into it. Well I had no idea what I was missing. When I looked at power of the product and the very small investment for the product along with the ability to earn income, it was a no brainer. I mean we spent way more than that per month for outdated ineffective marketing. I purchased a package without really knowing what it was or how to use it. So I finally had to stop for 5 minutes and take a look at the videos. I first looked at the Business Opportunity Videos and it blew me away! I was really upset with myself for not looking at them earlier because I realized that I was now 6 months behind building the most fantastic business I had ever seen! I realized that the timing and the potential of the iZigg Business in the Mobile Media Sector far exceeded the current opportunity that I was trying to build in automotive with an extremely higher chance of success and profit!

So I can tell you I jumped on board immediately after calling Scott and getting my questions answered about the videos and wishing he would have slapped some sense into me 6 months prior! I just couldn't believe the small investment for an actual income generating business with the most cutting edge relevant marketing product on the planet, at the forefront of the biggest economic shift of are lifetime! Was I dreaming?

So I plugged into the system, following Dr. Scott's lead. I've learned the key to success is finding and working with entrepreneurs and business builders as fast as you can. And after sharing the videos with a portion my contacts, the iZigg System has my business growing in leaps and bounds with business, after business, after business, and agent, after agent, after agent, coming on board every week, and there is no end insight.

Because of this, there are mobile media campaigns popping up all over the place. And we have the most incredible team to work with that I have ever seen, and that's just another key to our success. The great thing is, were just getting started, and the market is wide open for the taking. So people coming on board now couldn't have picked better timing to get started with our Team and their own iZigg Business!

So I will continue to strongly recommend to everyone, view the videos and get your questions answered. Believe and invest in yourself. Take the leap of faith and lock in your spot for this business. Plug yourself into the system and training, implement it, then perfect it, and earn your piece of the mobile revolution! Why do people get involved with a Network Marketing opportunity?

The product is great?

They need extra income?

They hate their current Job and want to find something new?

They want to help out their friend who introduced them to the company?

There are many reasons that can attribute to why people will get involved with a Izigg. I believe the biggest reason the people become agents of Izigg is the dream of building a "Dream Life". What is a Dream Life? A dream life is probably the opposite of what most people are currently experiencing. Most people are overworked, underpaid, underappreciated, no plan for retirement, no opportunity to travel, and not enough time do the things they enjoy.

The "Dream" would be to be appreciated for your contribution.

To have passive income that comes in weekly based on other peoples efforts.

To have more income the expenses.

To have plenty of time to do the things you enjoy.

How is the "Dream" accomplished. The answer is simply.

A LOT OF PEOPLE DOING A LITTLE.

If every person on your iZigg team only introduced iZigg to 3 people and they all used our product and they duplicated the same behavior, it would not take long to have a dream in business.

For example, let's use the 3 who get 3 model in their first week of getting started.

Week 1 = 3 people join your team

Week 2 = 3 who get 3 = 9

Week 3 = 9 who get 3 = 27

Week 4 = 27 who get 3 = 81

Week 5 = 81 who get 3 = 243

Week 6 = 263 who get 3 = 729

Week 7 = 729 who get 3 = 2,187

If you had 2,187 people or businesses that were using the iZigg services, this would create a passive income that would compete with any executive's income at a major corporation. However, the amount of work to maintain the income would be minimal.

What work would the iZigg professional need to do to maintain that income. The answer is the same thing it took to build the team to get there. It is the easiest and most rewarding work. It is the work that will make you glad you did it each time you do it. The work that gets easier and more pleasurable to do each time you do it. What is it, you ask?

Recognition, Encourgement, and Praise. The acronym "REP" can be used to help you remember what you need to do on a daily basis to get more Representatives using and marketing iZigg's services.

When iZigg started, I can remember sitting in my home office with Mike Rutherford and Jim Rice. We talked about the goal of having over a 1,000 Reps on the team being the end of the summer. We also talked about the Dream of having 10,000 Reps by the end of the following summer. We had fun talking about the Dream lifestyle that 10,000 iZigg Reps would create. We talked about trips we would take and the joy of not having to work a 9 to 5 job requiring us to be in a office. We also talked about having savings and financial security. We talked about being in shape and experience life at its fullest. This is the Dream. We must sell the Dream daily to our team. The Dream can come as a result of helping each new REP get 3 new REP's over and over again. The number 1 person we must sell the Dream to is ourselves. Each day we must remind ourselves of what we can have and experience in life through helping others reach their goals. We must first help them to have goals and then help them hit their goals by using daily Recognition, Encouragement, and Praise. That first two months in iZigg, we he hit the goal of 1,000 people on the team. Not everyone got 3 new people, in fact, most did not. But some kept recruiting after the first week. Some REPs never did anything. However we kept Praising, Encouraging, and Recognizing each day. Pretty soon we had promotions popping, success stories, and people duplicating the behavior of Praise, Encouragement, and Recognition. The result was a viral growth of a National Director Team.

Begin each day with the end in mind. Where do you want to be a year from now? Have urgency. Create urgency through a do it now; it is easy attitude. Feel blessed, help others feel blessed, and you will be blessed.
