My husband David and I said YES to iZigg on Dec. 4th, 2010, not having any idea of what was to come.  We weren't looking to build another business, build another team of people, or build new relationships.  However, after seeing the potential of what we had our hands on--that all changed!  We got excited (it was good to be excited again) and decided to START NOW and learn later. It wasn't a decision to be ignorant--just a decision to get busy and to learn while we earn!  We've been through some challenging times, but 2010 presented some unique challenges--and we were ready to make a change. By Dec. 31, 2010, we became National Directors and said good-bye to 2010 with a renewed fire and desire and set out to make 2011 the year we set our destiny.

We both come from corporate-based backgrounds--David via regional manager with fortune 500 company , and I through different corporate management positions last as a V.P. with large Ins Company. We knew working for other people, and having them leverage our time, skills and passion--wasn't working for us!  We were introduced to the relational marketing industry a little over 4 years ago and its proven to be the best education we could've ever received! Why not leverage our own time, skill, and passion by duplicating our efforts through others? It just made sense. With iZigg's phenomenal compensation plan--wrapped around this irresistible technology--we had found the formula we were looking for. A product that helped people become successful at something they were already passionate about, and get rewarded greatly for helping them become successful!

We were instantly sold on the possibilities that the Product presented, and the potential the compensation Plan held--but the wild card for us was the People part of the equation.  Who and what truly was iZigg? Was this a group of people we wanted to venture out with and commit to? After attending our first Crush It event in Las Vegas in January and going to the Bahamas in February--meeting and spending time with the leaders in this company--there was absolutely no question left to answer.  Brian Underwood, Dave Liniado and Jason Borne have created an amazing environment of success and working closely with Mike Rutherford and James Hardy has been truly a blessing.  Each one has led by example--and by listening, learning and applying their teachings, we have become better people and leaders as a result.

We've found success by finding people that are passionate and want to assume some responsibility for their future, and by knowing what drives us each and every day--our WHY. Who are you playing for? If you don't know, how are you ever going to help someone else figure it out?!  We know without a shadow of a doubt, that our WHY is to create an amazing future for our children and to help each of them reach their full potential by creating options.  To show them how to create a framework for success that includes dreaming, goal-setting and most important--ACTION--that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.  We have four children, aged 22, 21, 13 and 10, and a new grand-son--we have alot of WHYS! Our two youngest girls have been a big part of our goal-setting, our dream boards, and establishing our commitment to building our future and theirs around iZigg.

The upside of the iZigg platform and business opportunity is that the sky is truly the limit. Our product applies to so many businesses, so many organizations, so many people, and everyone you show it to will get crazy excited about the possiblities. The downside, if there is one, is that our product is so viable in the market that everyone likes it and wants to talk about it. People focus on the product itself instead of the distribution of the product. 
 
There are 2 types of people in iZigg: Which one are you?
 
Type 1:  Mobile Media Expert = no money, work, study, listen to webinars, attend every event, meeting, and study study study study mobile media but make no money.

Type 2:  Business Builder = huge team, traveling, big income (potentially), dream lifestyle, changing people's lives, chasing your passion, attending all Crush It!/Crank It! Events with a growing team at each event, and actually helping more business with our product than the product focused guys.    
 
There are 2 actions that differientiate those 2 groups of people, guess what they are.
 
Action 1:  Read training documents, watch webinars, listen to every call but never have a guest, walk into cold businesses and ask for manager and then pitch them mobile text marketing, running around town all day confusing being busy with being productive.
 
Action 2:  Call friends and ask them if they are on the computer.  If they are on a computer, tell them to pull up www.izigg.com/yourname.  If they aren't near a computer, ask them to call you when they are.  Tell them to, "Watch Video 1; if you like it, watch Video 2; if you like that one, watch Video 3; if you like all of them, then call me. I have a guy you need to chat with who's killing this business."
 
People who spend all day inviting people to watch videos will crush iZigg.  People who study all day won't make a dime in iZigg.  This is my opinion and not guaranteed by any means, and income is based on value in the market and work, not about signing up and getting a check.

If you want to be successful, you must first learn to Pay the Price to Get What's Nice.  No lasting success has ever been based on convenience but has always been based on inconvenience.  Successful people are willing to do the things in the todays of life that others are not willing to do.  Therefore, they will enjoy the things in the tomorrows of life that others are not able to enjoy. 

Water boils at 212 Degrees, it does not boil at 105 Degrees.  Some people run in life at a lukewarm temperature and are never able to gain momentum.  I believe that creating initial momentum is the first of three types of momentum.  There is Creating Momentum, Maintaining Momentum, and Advancing Momentum.  The hardest work is in the first stage of Creating Initial Momentum.  That takes a season of intensity, a sense of urgency, and most importantly, a willingness to do things that others are not willing to do.  It has been said that it takes a lot of motivation, perspiration, and dedication to turn any expectation into a realization. Again, it takes a lot of motivation, perspiration, and dedication to turn any expectation into a realization.

Paying the Price on a daily basis is what all successful people have done.  Paying the Price occasionally will change nothing.  But if you will get up and pay a price that others will not pay, and if you will do it daily, you will find success.  Most great success is born within 18-24 months of being willing to Pay a Price that others won't pay, to end up with What is Nice that others cannot enjoy.  So I would say to you today: Enjoy your life today, but do not enjoy it too much until you have reached a momentum success that you have created from a willingness to sacrifice, willing to do the things others are not willing to do, and you too can have the things that you have always dreamed of.  If you Pay the Price, you WILL get what's nice.

Winners know how to carpe diem and seize the moment because they recognize a unique and rare opportunity.  They know that opportunities like this are never lost, they are just passed on to someone who is willing pay the cost. Opportunity plus radical commitment equals awesome success.
