We've all heard the saying "Timing is everything!" And the goal in life is "to be at the right place at the right time," and I would add to that last quote "with the right attitude". December 31, 2010 was the perfect day for saying good bye to a very stressful financially hard 2010 and hello to beginning of a new adventure for the Bates family in 2011. I truly believe that we would not have been ready for iZigg any earlier. Timing is very crucial when seizing an opportunity. Knowing when to sacrifice and prioritize can make all the difference in the world and if you're not fast, you're last.

I have been selling real estate for 20 years and have owned a national real estate franchise for the last 5 years. I am very self-driven and motivated person, but the last 24 months in the real estate industry had taken its tole on me, and I needed oxygen. iZigg was the oxygen! When Bill and I watched the video of Brian in New York City we knew this was something BIG. We had no clue what that within 90 days our lives would be changing daily. This is our "fun" business and it has turned into a true family business. Both our daughters and my parents are both working with us and we are having a blast and have had a complete change of attitude on life. I love working as a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More).

I learned many years ago to "hang around" people who are living the kind of life I want and a positive attitude is so powerful for life improvement. I contribute our success in iZigg to positive thinking and the leaders of iZigg. Positive thinking works in three different ways: First, it works on you and your general attitude. Second, it works on the people around you. Lastly, it has a way of influencing your environment.

National Director, Michael Rutherford, is a true inspiration and a living example of what it means to be an unstoppable entrepreneur. He has made us realize that if you never chase your dreams, you will never catch them. We have been to the last two Crush It! Events, and they get better each time. At the last one, we made the decision that we are going to have an extraordinary life and are committed to making it happen no matter what. We have set ourselves up to be the unstoppable iZiggers and are looking forward to "Crushing It" and then "Cranking It"!
