iZigg Leader of the Week - Kathy Leahy!

Regional Director Kathy Leahy shares her thoughts on iZigg

"I'm just so excited to be a part of the iZigg family! I can tell you that I have been involved in several "Network Marketing" companies and have held some great positions and was able to spend time with the owners, but NEVER have I ever felt that they truly cared about me as a person....just my success as it benefited them. But with iZigg, I KNOW that Brian and Jason and the leaders of this company TRULY care about me as a person, and you know the ironic thing is, that will translate into more money for all of us down the road because of that personal relationship and how much they are willing to support me and my team! I can't begin tell you what a great feeling it is to have that kind of support and the training that was given to us at the Dallas Crush It event has truly changed my life! I went there expecting to get the nuts and bolts of the business, learn the ins and outs of the keywords and my back office, but what I got was a brand new ME! I have never felt so grounded and ready to take on the world as I have since I left that event! I came from a place of being told I would never ever be successful at anything and especially in business, so in the past as soon as I ran into a few roadblocks those voices came back and told me "see you can't do this, why bother?" But now I know that I can achieve my goals and I'm not planning on doing it, I AM doing it! The special speakers that they brought in were worth thousands of dollars to me, and it wasn't a rah rah kind of training, it was a get deep into your soul and brain kind of training that really brought you back to who you really are and why you are here and now what are you going to do with yourself kind of training! It wasn't all about iZigg it was about us as human beings and what we all have deep inside of us just waiting to be brought to the surface! I really appreciated that iZigg invested not only in me, but in all of us at that event!

The advice that I would give to anyone who is looking to build a large organization is to invest time in your downline....I prefer to call them my team because that's what we are! If you reach out to those that are asking the questions and on the calls and enrolling and work with them (whether they are your personal enrollee or not), then you will have great success! I have made dear friends with several on my team, I couldn't imagine my life now without them and I didn't even know them 2 months ago! If you spend time each day on your business even if it's only a few minutes returning calls and setting up appointments then your business will grow! I know that there are some days that you just don't feel like it, but once you pick up the phone or get on-line with someone it just picks you up and before you know it you've contacted 10 people! Look to your up-line for advice and then FOLLOW IT! I have basically just done what I've been told to do and it's worked out great! You have to be coachable if you want to build a huge team....if you aren't coachable then you are going to have a team of uncoachable people as well and that will never work! So, reach out to the new enrollees on your team and help them set up their mCard and show them where to find the info that they will need and get them to text iZigg and their uplines names to 90210 so that they have a great base and resource list to start off with! Then, most importantly you have to stay in touch with them and celebrate their success! It truly is more exciting for me to watch new leaders emerging and have great success than to worry about my own! I always heard people say that and thought...yeah right! But as it's happening now in my iZigg organization, I can truly say that it's the truth! People really do respond differently to you when they know you care about them...and the bottom line is that is does translate to more success for all of us!

I would just like to personally thank Brian Underwood, Jason Borne, Bill Rowland, Cheryl Munsey, and Gerry Spencer for all of the time that you have spent with me, for putting this opportunity right in my lap and for making me feel like I'm special and that I can achieve anything that my heart desires with iZigg! You will never know how badly I needed this and how much this has changed my life! I can truly say that my future is BRIGHT!"
